Event Sales Associate – Growing 3D Printing Startup

Hourly + Commission | Fairs, Festivals & Markets

We are a fast-growing 3D printing company that’s just over a year old — and growing quickly. While we sell online, most of our business happens at live events in and around the Twin Cities like, county fairs, festivals, tournaments, and makers markets within Minnesota.

Right now, it’s just the two owners running everything. We’re ready to bring on reliable, motivated people to help represent our brand at events and grow with us.

If you enjoy talking to people, being part of fun, high-energy environments, and earning commission on top of hourly pay, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

At events, you’ll:

• Set up and break down our booth displays

• Greet customers and explain our 3D printed products

• Help customers find items they’ll love

• Process payments (cash and card)

• Keep the booth organized and stocked

Some events are one day. Others, like county fairs, can run multiple days in a row. Event days can be long, but they’re also fun and interactive.

Pay

• Hourly base pay of $15 per hour starting

• 10% commission on sales

• Opportunity to earn more at strong events

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable talking to new people

• Dependable and punctual

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods

• Able to help with basic booth setup and equipment

• Has a reliable vehicle large enough to transport full event setup materials (tent, tables, product bins, displays, and supplies)

Sales or vendor experience is a plus but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Additional Paid Opportunities

Because we’re growing quickly, there are optional paid projects outside of events if you’re interested in taking on more:

• Helping run or contribute to social media campaigns

• Assisting with product assembly and prep

• Uploading products to our website and writing descriptions

• Helping get products listed on additional online marketplaces

• Contributing ideas for new products

• Product photography
